Hello

" There is no greater honor in this career than to be part of my client's healing journey."

My Story

I specialize in intuitive therapeutic massage, working across a wide range of modalities, including fascial stretch therapy, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, sarga, and deep tissue therapy. Over 21 years of practice, I’ve learned that the modality matters less than the listening, so every session I give starts with the specific concerns you bring and the physical life you actually live.

I lead an active personal and professional lifestyle, which gives me a working understanding of what everyday demands do to the body over time. My formal training began at The Lauterstein-Conway Massage School, and it has never stopped since. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Philadelphia University and an EMT-Basic certification from Austin Community College, and I add significant continuing education hours every year because your body deserves a therapist who never stops expanding her knowledge of the human body and experience.
