Experienced in a variety of modalities, such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Positional Release, Myofascial, and Neuromuscular, she collaborates with you in achieving your ultimate wellness objectives.

STRETCHING
Fascial Stretch Therapy® (FST) is an assisted stretching technique that a Certified Fascia Stretch Therapist performs. The stretching takes place on a treatment table with comfortable straps to stabilize the body part not being worked on. This technique uses combinations of PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) as well as traction. Pain is never allowed and is considered a negative response. The therapist will combine different techniques from the joint capsules in waves of movements targeting multiple angles to release, relax, and stretch the tissues and fibers.

Each of Nichelle’s massage sessions are customized to the concerns of her clients and what their body’s are experiencing. With an active personal and professional lifestyle, she has a profound understanding of the demands of everyday life and the impact they can have on the mental and physical health of her clients.
It is always her honor and pleasure to share with her clients her formal training and knowledge from The Lauterstein Conway Massage School, countless hours of continuing education, a BS in Health Science from Philadelphia University, and EMT-Basic from ACC. As well as, the experience she has gained through practicing 19+ years of massage therapy.
